Ed and Jorge at Hansel Collision Center are absolutely top-notch. The previous owner of my vehicle completely messed up the paint, and I was worried it would never look right again. Ed and Jorge were able to professionally buff and polish out all the marks, and the results are incredible. The finish looks smooth, clean, and like new again. Their attention to detail, skill, and pride in their work really show. They took the time to do it right, and it made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I am very happy with the repair work done by Hansel Collision Center. My Subaru is entirely fixed after a bad rear end accident. They kept me informed about the progress and when I picked it up, it looked great.

If you get your Subaru Ascent fixed here after a rear end make sure they don't leave the coolant completely drained (and then end up overheating on side of 101) and put the red cover for the positive battery terminal back in place instead of dangling over the engine pulleys to the side....

Told me they would put me at the top of the list because I don’t want to spend 20 or 30 minutes filling out this form. I used to be able to just calling in asking to do whatever the manufacturer recommended for the milage. It’s been over a week and no return call. This forced me to go to my local oill change store for $267. This cost should have been covered my extended maintenance program. I will find another local dealership as I will not buy anything from Hanel car dealerships,

We took our car into Hansel Collision Center after the back panel was hit while parked. The Collision Center kept our car for over 6 weeks (past the point where insurance was covering our rental) before finishing repairs on the back. We picked our car up yesterday and the battery on the car is dead today and won’t start (an issue that Hansel Subaru had fixed two months ago). We live in the country and I am 37 weeks pregnant and missing doctor’s appointments due to how inept Hansel is. When we called, we were informed we’d have to figure out how to get the car there for them to fix. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS!
