ZJ bumper/carrier: I'd been looking at this bumper/carrier for several years. It's the most aesthetic ZJ bumper I've ever seen--either aftermarket or home-built. Nothing else matches the ZJ lines. My only concern was towing capacity (and shipping to AK). After contacting me about a minor snafu between Amazon's shipping price and the actual cost, the owner worked a solution that didn't cost me anything extra, and shipped it on time. AND it arrived early, approximately 6 weeks after ordering. It was packed EXTREMELY well, and arrived without a blemish. After seeing it in real life, I also had zero concerns about the actual towing capacity; there's enough steel that it should exceed Class III standards if empirically tested. (Hanson confirmed it was not tested to failure; it's rated Class II

I have a bumper and winch mount plate from them. The winch plate bent severely from regular use. They responded to my first email and requested pictures. After sending them photos, they refuse to reply to me. I will never give them another dime of my money and I removed their sticker from my Jeep. I had to buy a mounting plate from another company to be able to use my winch again.

I have a buddy that ordered a bumper with spare tire carrier for his TJ wrangler back in the summer time. They sent the Bumper with ZERO hardware. He has called them numerous times & they keep saying it will be sent out next week. This same story of “I’m gonna package it myself” from Steve has still been going on 6 months later!. In the meantime there is a Jeep sitting in the shop waiting on a bumper that is still out of commission for many wheeling trips that he has missed out on!. This is beyond unacceptable for the money spent on this bumper! Unfortunately my buddy didn’t check the reviews before placing his order as it looks like he’s not the only one with similar issues!!

I’m not usually one to leave a comment on any purchase good or bad. However , after ordering a stock bumper for an early bronco on May 16th I feel I’m obligated to do so. I politely reached out several times over the 21 WEEKS and still haven’t gotten a response on when I’ll receive my front bumper. On my last call attempt to get possible shipping date about 4WEEKS ago , I believe I was purposely hung up on over several call attempts. Tonight on Nov 6th 23 I read Hanson’s reviews and now it makes sense. I can’t speak to the quality of these bumpers since I haven’t received mine but expect to wait a very long time for whatever you order. Also , don’t even bother contacting them for a shipping date. I’ll update this review and keep counting the weeks until I receive my bumper.

I placed an order for a lift kit in February of '24. I get a call a week later from CALMINI asking for a payment. I was told at that time that most parts were available and things would begin shipping the following day. I thought AWESOME, thats quick. Well . . . . . . that began the saga. Long story short after almost 6 months of non-return calls, promised callbacks, unanswered phone messages and emails ive had enough. Still no shipment, no parts and no information on when that might occur. I was LIED TO and MISLED. I have filed a creditcard dispute and I will see what happens from here. Its not like I can even call to speak to someone. Its always the office lady saying she will have the owner call me back a good 5 or 6 times. Thats just disrespectful.
