Happy's Car Wash

This is my favorite car wash! The staff is super friendly and great at what they do! I had gone through the automatic car wash yesterday and one of my magnetic bumper stickers fell off. I came by today and Rudy, the assistant manager, still had it for me in case I came back. I'm Incredible grateful as it was a vacation souvenir. Incredible customer service, this will be the only car wash I frequent now!

Oh man! I don’t know if I have the right words to express how grateful I am for Happy’s Car Wash…in particular…Faustian and his crew!! He went WAAAAY above and beyond! Long story short…I gave my grandson a detailing gift card for his car for a Christmas gift! He made the appointment, we dropped it off and it looked fantastic upon pick up!!! Could not have been happier with the detail work completed!! Looked brand new!! However…in the detailing process, the car would not start…here’s where Faustian went “above and beyond”…he went into problem solving mode! He was scheduled to leave work and go home at 3:30…however he was determined to figure out the non-starting issue! I have been going to Happy’s for some time now and what keeps me coming back is the staff. They are diligent and helpful. For instance, Rudy helped sweep up hay from my trunk bed because I forgot prior to getting a car wash. He didn’t have to help but he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Happy’s car wash.

As someone who takes great pride in their vehicle as it is a large investment you always want the best mechanics and parts to maintain your vehicle, but the body of a vehicle is just the same, especially since we live in the rust belt. Ive been looking for a wash that is worth what you pay for, I’ve gone to plenty of car washes that damage or perform poorly. But without a doubt I can say I found the best wash I’ve ever been to, the wash itself (Happiest Wash) left my vehicle spotless, shiny, and clean within what felt like less than 2 minutes. Not only was the physical wash itself fantastic but the employees are exceptionally polite, friendly and take a lot of pride in their job.
