Everyone was very professional and willing to help! Carlie was a gas to work with. She's not stuffy and treated me with utter respect! That's so cool that you have the mechanic video the footage when he is going around the car (underneath) telling the owner what he was looking for (leaks, wear, & broken parts!) and sending it to my phone to view it! AND THEN....My Car was Washed!! I have always enjoyed taking my vehicle to Raymond's.

How do i go in for a brake job. And leave with the A/C not working and a check engine light. Only to find out there’s a note in the chevy service system that on June 11 when i picked it up, there was a note that read “check engine light was on but DECLINED DUE TO IT NOT BEING THERE TO SERVICE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.” I have never had the check engine light come up. Never. But the only two times it does, is after serviced. How?! How does that work?!
