Kunes Ford of Antioch Service

Cam in to get my service oil changed, windshield wipers changed, liquids topped off and tires rotated. There service was incredible. Alex was amazing and even took the time to help me better understand my service plan and maintenance need for the future. He made sure I got what i needed. Customer service was excellent at my last visit. It was right before the holidays so I know they were busy; but they still treated me like an individual and not like a burden or a quota. They were very helpful and I left with my car running smoothly.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. I bought an extended service plan through Kunes and service dept completed a very thorough inspection of my truck. They also provided me with a complimentary Carfax report.

I brought my Explorer in for some recall work. I thought I was going to have to wait in the waiting room for a minimum of 2 hours for the work to be done, but I was pleasantly surprised that my original thought was wrong. They had a service porter drive me home while my car was being repaired. That allowed me to get lots of things done at home instead of being bored in the waiting room. When my car was done I had the option of being picked up by the porter and brought back to the dealership or having them just drop my car off at my house. It was so convenient and gave me the gift of time.
