To start with Tracee, Service Representative was friendly, pleasant when I called. Tracee took the time to confirmed with a certified technicians she count get an appointment to replace under mount “house” batteries for my Van/RV. As the first person to speak with representing HABERSON RV -Pinellas, Tracee provided excellent customer service I immediately felt confident this company cares about their customer needs. Only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression and Tracee as the 1st point of contact couldn’t have impressed me more. Made appointment, my technician Kevin was great; removing 2 batteries from the rusted bolts & housing was no easy task, each battery weighing close to 100#’s. Huge respect ! My experience with Harbison RV was extremely helpful. I’ve had some pretty rough Warranty issues to deal with on a camper that I bought somewhere else, but Harbison RV really went to bat for me. They had long conversations with the Warranty department Multiple times. They always seemed happy to help sort it all out. James is knowledgeable and helped Isolate and fix some weird issues. Tracee was, and continues to be very patient and helpful every time we speak. I highly recommend Harbison RV. A Mom and Pop feel that’s clearly been doing this for a long time. When I’m ready to buy another coach, it will be from Harbison. No doubt.

Our RV was at Harberson’s for three months to fix our refrigerator that was not working. We had an extended warranty to cover it. After three months they said they could not diagnose exactly what was wrong as the fridge was a concealed unit and the warranty people wanted an answer as to what was wrong with it. After three months of getting no where we picked it up and took it to Blue Compass RV. In ONE DAY they diagnosed that the fan was bad, ordered the part, got warranty to cover it. ONE DAY!! Oh, and BTW, Harberson’s charged up $400 for “diagnostics” while it sat on their lot for three months!!! Never again. Live and learn but they will never get our business again. Very poor service.

Special thanks to Ryan for understanding our situation and getting the repair done as quick as possible. We are full timers traveling the country and on a timeline because of family visiting from Italy. So needing a black tank replaced was urgent.

Extremely helpful, great advice. They also have a great selection of parts. Super friendly staff!
