Decent prices. But It's 2026 and this store is seriously hurting for a diversity pool. Not every person of color who walks through the door is a thief! The chubby guy with long hair on the register made it extremely hard for my husband and I to do a simple return because we didn't have a receipt. No problem, we called customer service had it fixed. A few days later my husband returns to the store, same receipt with another return. The cashier insists for a valid ID even with a receipt. When bear in mind, my husband didn’t need an ID days prior. He provided an ID then the cashier insisted on a signature at this point the card processing screen says "No Signature Needed Electronic Transaction". However, the cashier proceeded to print out a receipt and have him forcibly sign. It seems to be a

It's a decent tool store and will meet standard needs. This place is similar to Ace hardware in space without the high prices. Due to limited space, it has limited items but will have items for small to normal tasks.

Amazing location all employees follow company guidelines and policies and are super helpful and friendly they go above and beyond to help out their customers

Its okay. They have a lot of hand tools that are inexpensive. I bought some curved plies dirt cheap but that tool will last forever. The one thing I try to avoid is anything that plugs in. I haven't had good luck. If there's nothing else at other stores I'll buy and electric tools but only as a last resort.

It was okay, but prices are getting higher and less budget friendly. When it comes to a bargain, it's definitely not the Harbor Freight, it used to be.
