Steve helped me with my order. Called to make sure I received the bike. Helped to make sure it was exactly what I ordered. This bike is bad to the bone. Climbs hills like a billy goat. Great bike will review more after 1 year of ownership.
Steve is hard to get a hold of sometimes but a very nice guy to talk to when u have issues with your ebike
