This place is incredible. The customer service experience is TOP TIER. Tim F was my service advisor and could not be more friendly. Came in for a simple first time oil change. Not only was the (FREE) bumper to bumper inspection incredibly thorough but it was sent to me via text link WITH PICTURES!!! Tim was also able to provide me with an estimate for repairs that included specific parts for my car and ZERO pressure to buy. The waiting area is the nicest I've been in for a service station. I've never had a better experience when getting my car serviced. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND

I have to say I was impressed with Oxford Automotive @ 3 BS K Rd, Sunbury. They were great helping me with a new battery for my vehicle, also received a free bumper-to-bumper inspection. My options we're explained thoroughly and they didn't try to upsell anything else I didn't need, as many other places do. I bought my vehicle from a dealership that's 45 minutes away, which I was taking it to be serviced so it was great to find out that they can do anything the dealership could and I live two minutes from there. And another great benefit is they will give rides home and pick you up if you need to leave your vehicle! ( Nevin was a nice young man who taxied me back-and-forth.) I don't remember everyone's names there but everyone was very nice and informative. Love the waiting area and atm

Tyler and his team were great to work with. Explained everything in detail and were very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend them for any car repair/maintenance needs. Reasonably priced compared to competitors and the ability to offer a loaner car is tremendously helpful. Have not seen that in an automotive repair shop ever. More importantly than all that, they are great people so supporting them is easy to do. My Jeep Hemi is running smoothly so far after repair services. Thanks again Oxford Team

Newer to Delaware, this was my second time coming here and it was another great experience! Tyler and others were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Honest about what needs addressed right away and what could realistically wait based off how things look at the time. Tyler made sure I was taken care of, genuine and authentic which goes a long way. Impressed with customer service and pricing. Best part is being able to support local business. I will definitely be coming back in the future repairs. PS: Thanks for the shuttle service!!

Website made it easy to schedule maintenance and change appointment time. Dropped my car off the night before, and I received a complete diagnosis with estimates by 9:30 the next morning. Estimate was clear and thorough. The team was very professional when I showed up and I will continue to use Oxford for my regular maintenance going forward
