Did a great job on the body work and color match. But communication was non existent. Job took a little over two months to complete. I called left a voicemail asking for my led lightbulbs back that I had previously asked them to leave in. Had to purchase new again myself. Never got a call back. Also, they installed new tires that I purchased and incorrectly balanced them causing uneven wear. Had to pay outta pocket myself to fix the issue.

The Hare Estes Team did a fantastic job repairing the damage done to my truck. They delt with the insurance company and the car rental for me. Jason is great to work with and kept me updated through the whole process. I highly recommend these guys and especially Jason.

I was skeptical because I have heard in the past that once you have damage, it’ll never look the same. Honestly I can’t tell a difference! My vehicle was only a year old and it looks good as new again. Very pleased.

A wasted trip for a Toyota recommended body shop even with an appointment. My wife drove our 4Runner over an hour in hopes of getting an estimate at a Toyota recommended body shop after it was hit while parked. The lady said she couldn’t see any damage and wouldn’t write up an estimate. When my wife tried to show her how the bumper rubs the tire when it turns, she refused to go outside because it was raining. She told my wife to come back on a day when it was dry.
