Went to Harold’s for a simple oil change. But they took the time to give my car a checkup they found some filters needed changing(the air filter had never been changed) and made a few recommendations for improvements. I was grateful for their proactive approach and verified that these needed changes, some which I had done immediately and others I could plan ahead. I highly recommend their service.

Highly recommend. They went above and beyond to help me when a contractor damaged my vehicle and was asking for ridiculous information on the quote. They were super patient while I battled it out until it was finally paid. They did a phenomenal job on my car AND even came to pick me up and bring me there so I wouldn't have to pay for an Uber!! Jamie was upfront about everything and did not move forward with any repairs until he had verbal authorization from me. I found them to have excellent communication and also very reasonable prices.

My family was going on a vacation up north and I realized we had an issue with a tire. I called and got an appointment in a couple hours. Everything went quick and painless and we were off to vacation with safe tires and no delay in our schedule.. They did a fantastic job. My most recent trip was this past Saturday (4/6/24). I was able to get all new tires, oil change and an alignment all before noon. Jamie was fantastic with his service and was very knowledgeable by explaining the answers to my questions. It was perfect to go there on a Saturday and I didn't need to take time out of work either. Great Job.

It all started returning a Uhaul! I came back with my car to have a valve cover leak addressed. Fran and Jamie provided great customer service with open communication! They didn’t move forward without contacting me for approval for the needed parts and service after diagnosis. Jamie recommended other much needed services like tires and brakes so I also got tires and brakes done for a reasonable price while waiting on the new valve cover to come in! When I went to pick up the car Jamie took the time to show me why the previous valve cover was messed up causing the leak and also informed me of other issues including one of my previous tires having fluid in it which was causing the tire pressure sensor issue I had. Glad I went here to get my car the overdue TLC it needed! Highly recommend an

I went online and looking for an inspection sticker location and I decided to pick Harold Crook's garage based on the reviews. When I get there, I meet Glen. He is very friendly, helpful, and polite. I have a tinted windows and helped me cut it off. Glen asked me for my car key I give it to him without touching his hand because he was wearing a latex glove which I'm allergic I told him and he respects it and removed it. I told him it's okay I'll clean my car after, but he still removed it. He said that he does not want me to get sick. As soon I walked into the garage, he greets me. To me, that speaks volumes.
