Ryan worked with me in relocating the car I was interested in to the Topsham location, and also worked diligently to help in time crunch with my lender. Although the process is never fun. Ryan and his pup helped relieve some of the stress. I didn't feel pressure from the dealership whatsoever and left less stressed than I came with a new to me vehicle I feel safe in. Great experience at the Topsham location. Matt was super friendly and gave no pressure. We applied for approval 2 weeks prior, looked at several vehicle's and decided to hold off. Today we looked at some more at other locations and decided we really liked the 2017 Rav4. We called up told him, supplied the extra information and were good to go. Super friendly guy and very professional, he also had some funny jokes. Well done!
