Tire Warehouse

I am a 34 year-old veteran who went to Town Fair Tire in June for new tires and an alignment. When I picked up my car, all four of my wheels (not hubcaps, but expensive steel wheels) had been badly rashed. The damage was obvious, fresh, and absolutely not there when I dropped the car off. No one at the shop mentioned a word about it. They just handed me my keys like nothing happened and sent me on my way. It’s hard to put into words how frustrating and insulting that is. Tires and service aren’t cheap, and customers should not have to inspect their car for hidden damage after paying a professional shop. Great experience! I had a flat tire and needed a new one right away. The team was friendly, efficient, and got me back on the road quickly — despite the snowstorm. Really appreciate their hard work and professionalism

I got a flat at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. By the time I was able to get my vehicle moved and able to do anything with it, I called Tire Warehouse, they had my tire and an available time slot. Got in at 12/noon and was rolling out at 1pm with 4 new tires (because I really did needed all 4 of them) and an alignment (needed that too). I was trying to hold off as long as I could for this work but the Sunday morning flat expedited my plans. The employees were helpful and great attitudes even though it was 10 degrees and they were working on a Sunday! Kudos.

The crew at Topham Maine were great. Several of the team were not feeling well and working outside required an extra effort which they happy did. Been a customer since you open this store. It's competitive in area, but Tire Warehouse is always my chose.

I was hesitant to go with the “budget” option but they had an appointment right away so I tried it out. Perfect experience. Personable staff, in and out in 20 mins, not issues after the fact.
