Tommy was amazing! So kind and honest. I came for an oil change and an inspection so I could renew my license plates. He could have charged me more for an inspection and I never would have known, but he took the time to explain that my car didn't need one until 150k miles or 10 years. Will definitely be back! *One thing to note, you get a cheaper price if you pay cash (no cc fees). It was a great experience and Harrisonville Auto Lube has a new customer.

Absolutely Abysmal Service! Owner takes no responsibility for anything. Lost a lot of money because of their ignorance. Not at all professional. You’re Burning your money if you take your vehicle here! Steffan’s Auto did a great job getting me back on the road.

They got me in and out pretty quickly and the staff was friendly and professional in my experience with them. I just needed a state inspection.

It's not much to look at. Very small & "garage" appearing. But, the service is fantastic; everyone is so polite and courteous. And so completely honest and above board.
