I had great experience with Harry Brown's team. From Daysi my sales associate, to both Devon and Clayton with finance who helped me get into the the truck I wanted .

This place nailed it again. Second jeep I purchased from them. Warranty on it to. They went above to get to get my rewards off my jeep card. This process took 1.5 hours to get the job done. They found problems. Warranty covers all of those problems. No deductible either. The office crew are extremely friendly. I've known them for years. Very disappointed in the service department. I had my diesel truck here 3 times in a two week period. After they installed about $2,000 in parts and still having the same issue, they said I needed a new DPF (quoted $3,500). I took it to another shop in town (Mobile Diesel Repair) for a second opinion and they found and fixed my actual issue in less than a day. On the plus side the service advisors were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Dodge Challenger! Preston, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making me feel right at home. Dara in the financing office made the numbers work in a way that fit perfectly with my budget, and he explained everything so clearly. Their manager was also super cool—he stepped in to make sure all my last-minute requests were accommodated. All in all, this team truly went above and beyond, and I’m thrilled with my new ride! The entire staff at Harry Brown's did an excellent job. Made my wife and i feel welcome and were very attentive to our inquiries and concerns. Especially want to recognize the salesman Kevin Lee and the finance individual Nate Stoeckel. Both were very patient (especially with the wife). And not to mention, I absolutely love the truck (2025 GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate).
