This place was recommended to me. I called to ask for help on switching insurance. I had called progressive customer service about 2 days ago for a quote & because of this she stated that i need to contact them instead. She wouldn’t be able to pull up the quote ID# from a different agent. Okay cool. I explained I wanted to work with an agent at this location since it was recommended to me by a friend. I had to ask her if she could just give me a new quote. She answered with a tone & stated that it would be the same thing & to contact the agent i had gotten the first quote from. Obviously the old lady didn’t want my business & wasn’t friendly. If i could give negative stars i would.

Mr. Robert and his team handled all of my business coverage as well as our personal policies for our vehicles, boat, RV, and a few other policies we had purchased from them. Their top-notch customer service and attention to my family and I's specific needs puts them at the top of my list, hands down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been a customer since 2005, my business, my home , business vehicles, personal vehicles etc. Harry & Taylor's personal service example; they know I do not open mail regularly and travel a lot so they just call, Felix you have to come by and sign documents.
