My experience with this auto body shop was extremely disappointing. The turnaround time was excessively slow, and the team seemed disorganized and lacking in knowledge throughout the entire process. They continuously updated their estimate to the insurance company — which, to their credit, did a phenomenal job — but the shop itself failed to communicate effectively or move the repair along efficiently. The cost was also unreasonable for such a minor repair. All that was done was replacing a small plastic panel and repainting the area — no reconstruction or bodywork — yet the price reflected something much more extensive. I had a disappointing experience at this location. If you go there for collision repair, be aware that they may repeatedly bill your insurance, sometimes even for unnecessary items or parts they themselves damaged. I originally expected to receive just one clear estimate, but the way they handled the process felt unprofessional and overly expensive. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere

Family decided to take our car here after a minor accident and from the moment of walking in, was treated with nothing but respect from all the staff. The young man behind the counter, the older gentleman (forgot their names) and the manager Mario. Was sat down immediately to get my paperwork started and it was a pleasant experience from there on out. Mario took detailed photos of my car, kept me constantly in the loop with part orders, a part being on back order, when to expect my car and answered all my questions with a positive attitude. The paint was an exact match to the rest of the car. Even though I came close to closing time to pickup my car, I didn't feel like I was rushed or a burden to them when taking a close up look at the repaired panels and my car was detailed inside and out
