I came in because my tire was losing air and thought it might be a valve stem issue. The tire was removed and work was done, but I was told the issue was fixed. Less than 15 minutes later, my tire was flat again. The next day which is today I went to Town Fair Tire afterward, and within about 10 minutes they diagnosed the real problem — a cracked rim. I’m frustrated because the rim should have been inspected when the tire was off, and this would have saved me time and money. The $31 isn’t the issue — it’s the lack of proper diagnosis. I just wish the inspection had been done thoroughly the first time.

This review is based on my personal experience. Please pay close attention if you come here. I went in on a Sunday to install a rim I already purchased. During the install, I was suddenly told my tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. They showed me the tire, and since I had been driving with a damaged rim, I trusted them. I asked for a used tire. After a private conversation between two employees away from me, I was told no used tire was available, only a new tire, which I agreed to because I needed my car. By Tuesday afternoon — just two days later — the same tire was completely flat. I had to Uber home and tow my car back the next day. I was told I must have hit a pothole and that it was my problem. The one I go to. Prices are fair and they are doing a good job. They have minor issue with timing, it usually takes longer than you would expect. Still, I like it and like to recommend.

Be careful with these people. I went to change my tires and they insisted that I put all four on, promising a small fee. The service was terrible; they don’t know how to use the alignment machines. I was there for almost two and a half hours. Beware of these scammers; I do not recommend going there. It’s horrible.

My husband took his GTI here on Tuesday to changed all four tires. Two Dominican guys started doing the job they knew the machine to take the tires off was broken so they ended up doing it by hand with a bar. Had him waiting for about two hours. Unfortunately they scratched all his wheels. When he got home he realized they had put back on one of the tire he already own. To end he hadn’t taken the car out after he got back from the tire shop that day. Today He took our boy to a dr appointment, on the way back they got home with a flat tire. The tire literally came off the rim.
