I talked to the guy who works there. He seems like an upfront and honest dude. From what i remember, although he doesn't do financing, he will allow a down payment and let you keep the car on the lot until it's paid off, and it's officially yours and you own it! All in all the guy seems very trustworthy.
This place is awesome!!! Great transportation vehicles at low low prices. The owners were great also. Did all my paper work and were just plain friendly! I highly recommend this car lot!
Courtesy is king at Hartland. Knowledge is worth extra savings at Hartland.
