Hartleys Auto and RV Center

We purchased two RVs from Hartley’s. First a NuCamp Barefoot two years ago. Mike was a wonderful salesman and we continue to take Barefoot to Hartley’s for winterizing and de-winterizing. When we went to pick up Barefoot a couple of months ago, we noticed a Roadtrek Zion Van in their lot and ended up purchasing the van. Dustin was also great to work with. Working with the owner Steve has been a very pleasant experience. Great sense of humor and enjoyed his old school, hands on approach. Most of all, we were able to find a full service, honest RV dealer/shop right in our community!!! 🤩

I recommend avoiding Hartleys for any auto repair needs. I wish I checked reviews before I went here. Nice on the phone but they screwed me over.

They fixed my volkswagon oil pan and sensor. they got the part and installed it in just a few hours. I was very far from home and the speed of repair was a positive

Our refrigerator was not staying cool. We dropped off our trailer and after several days they informed us they found nothing wrong with the refrigerator. They didn’t inform us what tests they performed and the charge was $150.00. Once we got the trailer home, the refrigerator still did not work. We returned the trailer to Hartley’s. They then informed us that indeed the refrigerator was not working and needed to be replaced. They initially wanted to charge us again, $150. We did not want to accept that charge since we were charged already. They then charged us an additional $75.00 anyway for something that should have been found the first time. Very disappointing.

Great communication & great customer service obtaining our new RV May 2025. After returning it for “repairs” after finding a leak less than a month after purchasing, and being told they found the leak and sealed and it passed testing there was no longer a leak. When we brought it home 3/15/25, we noticed after heavy rain, that yes, it still has a leak and contacted them 3/19/25. As nice as customer care response is, I feel nothing was attempted to repair the issue. The problem is that Riverside closed business and not covering warranty’s. My issue is, I was sold a damaged product and feel Hartleys did not stand by their sale. Now we have to try and fix this issue and hope my camper that has been used twice, doesn’t end up full of mold. This is a picture from this weekend.
