All around great experience. I took a chance as there was only one other review and I’m glad I did. Justin picked up my call and spoke professionally and respectfully. When I told him the date I wanted, he apologized that he had another client that afternoon that he thought might conflict and he wanted to give me the full attention I deserved. Impressive. He called me back a bit later and told me he’d moved that client back half an hour and we were good to go for 8am. He pulled up to the house with everything he needed. He didn’t even use my water or hose! In under four hours the car is glistening inside and out, wheels look great, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his services.

Bought a gift certificate from him and when it came time for the detailing, he stopped returning my calls, messages and emails. $130 gift certificate, no contact, no service. This after assuring me he would be happy to honor the gift certificate, and confirming all of his contact information in initial communication. Basically took my money and disappeared.
