⸻ My husband and I stopped in on a whim to test drive a car, and to our surprise we loved what we drove and were ready to buy right then. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part of the experience ended. Once we sat down to go over numbers, the entire process turned unpleasant. We were upfront about being in the automotive industry, yet we were spoken to as if we had no idea what we were talking about. To make matters worse, the salesperson used foul language multiple times right in front of our 3-year-old, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When my husband went back later to see if they’d be willing to work with us on the deal, they showed zero interest in earning our business—even though we live just down the street. If I can give zero, I will. Stick to your trusted car mechanic-good thing my mechanic saw it. Bought my truck here and for the first time had my oil change done for the first time-my mechanic told me they lost my drain oil plug gasket and thankfully it didn’t leak oil yet. If you all will not take proper care of vehicles maybe you all shouldn’t be in business of taking care of cars. Will never bring my truck here nor buy trucks from you all.
