I took my car June 23rd at 8:00 am I paid for the parts the bumper and my light and I bought my own rear view mirror and took it up there for them to put it on the lady up front told me my car would be finished in 4 days it's been aĺ most 3 weeks I had to pay for it out of my own pocket bc all I have Is liability it costed me almost 2,0000 dollars then went back up there the next week they had to order another part that we had to pay for came out at 95 dollars and all they have done was take my bumper off they have all of my parts I have kids I take back and forth to school. I went up there July tye 3rd and some guy named Chris said he was going to start working on it Monday and it will be done wedsday. I took my car in to get the fuel door fixed. 40 minutes before closing on the day I dropped my car off, I called to confirm it would be ready for pick up. This is when they decided to tell me my car would need to be kept for another day. It wasn’t until they called for my car to be picked up that they told me the added labor for an additional part would double the cost of what I was quoted. With the lack of communication, keeping my car longer than what they told me, and the final price doubling without them letting me know was honestly not worth the $300+ that it cost me to replace a cable and pin. I do not recommend this business whatsoever.

I’ll just say that you’re looking at 2 weeks at the least here. While yes they do good work, this isn’t the place to go unless you have more than one vehicle or rental coverage.

They kept changing the time when my vehicle would be ready. When I finally got to pick my car up after a couple of weeks for what should have been a 4 day repair, I was told the did not have my Rogue emblem that goes on the back of my vehicle. I was told they had ordered it and would call me in a couple of days when it came in. After a week I called them, and was told it had came in but they had lost it. They would find it and give me a call. Three weeks later they still have not found it and I have given up. I will never take a car to them again.
