Friendly staff who explained the repairs and completed the work on time. Actually a day early! The quality of the work is excellent and my Equinox looks like new. I thank all of the staff for making this "problem' go away in an easy and friendly manner. I was a self pay client, so I did shop around for prices. When you consider the price with experience and reputation Hawkins Collision was the easy choice. I will recommend them to anyone needing service on their car or truck.

I cannot say enough positive things about Hawkins collision! They are definitely for their customers! My husband was recently T-boned and the offenders insurance was extremely hard to work with; even with guilt admitted and on the police report. Hawkins worked with and kept my husband informed every step of the way. Everything was taken care of and resolved but we are eternally grateful for the extra steps they took for us. Will wholeheartedly recommend them going forward!

Received a message my car was ready. Called to find out that it wasn’t. The staff at the collision center went out of their way to work with the dealership to clarify completion of my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle my front camera wasn’t aligned properly and one blinker was still non functional. The guys were pleasant and happily took my car back into the garage to repair the blinker and camera alignment. This team was nothing but pleasant and helpful the entire process and didn’t make me feel like a problem for bringing the vehicle back 5 minutes after I left and noticed issues. Highly recommend utilizing this collision center!
