Hawthorne Chevrolet Commercial Truck Center

Worst experience with this Center. They will keep you trucks for “ diagnostic” more than 2 months. Steve from service department was very rude. If you want to lose your money and time this is a “right” place.

We went in expecting to purchase a car. We didn't even want to consider a truck thinking it was out of our price range. Robert DeSimone took the time to give us all of our options and was never pushy. He was very professional at all times. He answered all of our questions and I can tell you he really knows his stuff! He negotiated to get us a good deal, and we ended up getting a brand new Chevy Avalanche that We LOVE. We would most definitely suggest him to family and friends in a heartbeat. Place is very busy. Dealt with an older salesman. Didn't have the truck I wanted used...took down my info but never called me back. Found the truck I wanted a week later in Connecticut. I would give this place a try next truck I buy since it's close to my house.
