Heartland tire rebuilt the rear differential in my Silverado. I basically didn’t have an appointment and I was able to get in On a Mo day afternoon. My truck was diagnosed quickly and it was discovered that one of the rear pinion bearings went bad and everything but the gears had to be replaced. I was given a quote very quickly and it was nearly exactly what I paid. I was kept informed as to the progress since my truck is my business livelihood. This is a very reputable shop. I've been going there for years. And the guys are great. I had a repair done last October and brought it in in January because was having the same issue, they indicated, they thought the part replaced in october was faulty , so would be under warranty. In fact , a mouse had gotten up into that brand new part and they were able to clean it and didn't charge anything and treat it as it was under warranty. That's the way to get people to keep coming back. Also love the loner car option that they offer.I believe the only place in the area that does that anymore.

Loved it could book my oil change online and find a day and time that was convenient for me without wasting time on the phone. Price was average and was able to use a coupon online. Waiting area was nice and my wait time wasn't very long and I was on my way! Will go back again.
