When we talk about the brake rotor making a squealing noise, it is because the calipers are applying pressure—pressing in a way that is causing damage to the rotor. I would not purchase from this dealership. We did a simple trade in of a vehicle and Patriot has failed to complete the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction of the leased vehicle that was traded-in. No response from finance nor the general manager. Receptionist says “we’ll give it a try” to have someone call you back. Drive the extra bit to Bergstrom and get reliable service. Simple transaction not so simple for this dealership.

Truck got towed to Patriot motors. Quoted me 2k for a radiator. Didn't have a loaner vehicle for me to drive. Thought that was expensive...I mean I could see if it was transmission work or something but told them go ahead and do the work. Took them longer than they thought to do the repair but said this wouldn't effect the price I was quoted. Get a call saying vehicle was ready for pick up.
