Our check engine light came on right as we were leaving Gill's Rock to head back to Chicago. We called all over Door County and they were booked. We were starting to panic as we needed to leave our AirBnB within the hour. Luckily, Kevin was able to accommodate us even though he was booked up. He was able to diagnose the issue and quickly ordered a new airflow sensor and installed. We were back on the road in about an hour. Kevin thank you for squeezing us in on such short notice. We made it home safely thanks to you.

We had a brake fluid leak on our Ford truck, and they got it in same day, got the necessary parts, and fixed it, all in under 2 hours. Extremely helpful and professional.

Do not recommend. Went there because I was told they are reasonable and do good work. Not the case. Went there for a heated steering wheel malfunction, and they ended up replacing the battery, that did not solve the problem and charged me $400 for it. Kept telling me the whole time that that was based on tries. Took it to a trusted shop and end up being a loose connector in the steering wheel. Kevin’s Auto didn’t even bother looking at other reasons for the malfunction. Our business concludes here. I brought it to a trusted shop, seeking actual solutions rather than attempts, and they resolved the problem. Stay away from Kevin’s Automotive. I wasted $400 on a battery, that didn’t even have to be replaced.

What it comes down to is what happens when your in a jam , Kevin’s got me in when I needed help! After being turned away from another company with a flattening tire! I’ll write a company by how they help the people who need help that’s Kevin‘s! Thank you so much Kevin’s automotive for your help in my emergency! Had more work done 11/13/35 and again I love yall so much! My car runs better than new with the trans flush , and spark plugs!!

amazing service, they were ready to help us even with a packed schedule. we dropped the car off in the morning and walked around for a few hours and they called to update us on ordered parts and a quote, car was ready within 4hrs which gave us some time to still drive around sisters bay in the daytime. we were visiting for the weekend and their quick turnaround was greatly appreciated. car ran great for us to enjoy the rest of the weekend! and their quote was fair based on how quick everything was done!
