Omg they were outstanding . They were 2 weeks out. Well that happens anywhere. He was super nice ket me what they had to do. My clutch blew out not too many places carry clutches parts. Because most people have automatics. So he calls and told me they had a call somebody for the clutch. Because they didn't know what kind of clutch my car. What's going to need cause there was like a the first one or the second one he said once they took the clutch out they would know.So she was very informative and let me know what was going on. I got my car back.He called, write him way in the morning.To let me know. The lady receptionist was so nice and funny. I loved her, so I definitely would recommend this place again. And definitely use it again.I was very impressed.

Called Steve out of the blue today, got me right in and fixed my truck asap. Got to talk to his wife while waiting wow both are awesome people. Very thankful for the help. Highly recommend

Don't take your car here. Left my car for over a week DRIVEABLE with only 1 issue of changing gears for him not even to call to tell me he wasn't going to touch it and neither was anyone in green bay, for me to take it back. Leaving this shop did not want to even drive, my windshield wipers didnt want to turn off, ac not working, turning signals not working all of my lights on. This place is trash!!!!

A huge thank you to the only shop in town that would help vacationers with a car issue. Everyone else said two weeks. Two weeks! We had all the engine lights coming on. We didn't even know if we could drive our truck. Melville's fit us in (for diagnosis and a look under the hood). Great people, great old fashioned service and atmosphere. Thank you for making room for people in an urgent situation. SO SO SO appreciated! (He let us know it was drivable and what was the likely cause.)

Steve does a great job. I always have a great experience when I get my car, truck, or tractor fixed there. They always fit me in even on a tight schedule. The best in Door County. I give them a 5 out of 5. They do great work.
