I had a complex vehicle problem and Mike Heiser went above and beyond to help me out. Mike is a gentleman and you are blessed to have his Auto repair shop in Monroe/Decatur. If I lived in the area, Mike would definitely be my mechanic.

He is incredible, always figures out what's wrong and fixes everything. I genuinely believe he loves what he does and enjoys getting people back on the road. The best mechanic I have ever dealt with.

Best mechanic in Decatur! Been here with multiple vehicles now over the past few years and Mike is still hands down the best mechanic around. He will tell you exactly what you need done and how much it will cost. Might take a few days because he is a one man shop but his work is well worth the wait!

Honest, doesn't beat around the bush. And I'd trust him more than the others. I learned that the hard way. Knows his stuff!!

Mike is very personal. Which is amazing to have in a mechanic because things can get pretty pricey if not. He ALWAYS does HONEST and QUALITY work, especially since he’s just a one man crew. He will do his best to do best by you to continue having a great mechanic and customer relationship. He also explains in detail to let you know just what’s going on with your vehicle. You don’t feel so clueless as to what’s going on and what you’re paying for. Which is amazing customer service! VERY trustworthy and RELIABLE!
