Piqua Auto & Truck Repair

Had an item misdelivered to his shop, he stole it outright. I showed Eddie the FedEx picture of the package delivered to his door. (He also named item by brand and description) He told me he would return it to my door, been 13 months..

They towed my car from the Walmart parking lot back to their business on 11th St. and then over to a business on Monroe Street, both in Decatur. Charged me $500……… Or should I say they charged my insurance company $500. I do not recommend.

Damage my Vehicle my in several place. When I showed them it was obvious from their truck, she could care less. Terrible customer service. I definitely would not recommend. I won't even give them one star!!!

Needed to get a truck and gooseneck trailer pulled out of my yard after they slid in from the snow covered roads and got stuck due to the wet conditions. Gave Piqua Repair a call and they sent out a large enough truck to get them out. Was impressed with the way they quickly got them back on the road. Would certainly recommend giving Ed and his guys a call if you need a wrecker service.

pigua is fair on price. They allow you to buy your own parts and they then only charge you for labor. I'm glad I found them. They do excellent work .
