Nice to have napa back in town .They have redone the building and have a large inventory of parts . The people that work thier are very knowledgable with years of past parts sales and mechanical experience
The service was very slow, I stood around inside the store for three or four minutes before somebody finally acknowledged I existed. $30 higher for the same part then the competition in town, even the same brand. No price matching! And we have a business account, we won't be back.
Ever wonder why hardly anybody uses Napa. It's because Ridge Napa came in and kicked a small family owned Napa out that had been here for 50 years so they could move in. Nothing but greed. This store will be closed in 2 years.
Help was quickly offered. Found the exact parts I needed. Great deals. Great service. 6/5 stars
The people are great and knowledgeable. the price and selection is very competitive. Defiantly worth A visit!
