I only leave reviews for exceptionally good service or extremely poor service. My experience with this shop was by far the worst I have ever received. Total of 11 weeks. Most of that time it was just sitting outside. Todd is like a Mad Scientist, very knowledgeable and HE DID WORK WITH MY WARRANTY COMPANY. But the communication with this shop is very poor. Mike lied to me about parts on backorder that was available from Newmar ( I checked myself and the part was much cheaper). My unit sat on the lot for weeks, phones calls were not returned so I would show up at the shop. Parts I supplied to be installed were not in stalled nor were they given back. After I called Tood and asked he told me he thought they were the wrong parts. He never looked, they were the correct parts. So I had to drive

We were traveling through while on vacation and our air suspension went out in our motorhome. They took us in right away even working late trying to get us back on the road. It turned out that we needed to order some new air bags. They did an excellent job fixing our motorhome at a very fare price. Very nice family run business!

Dude had my car for weeks, misdiagnosed the issue which lead to blowing my turbo, he "replaced" my turbo only for it to blow out again and blow my head gasket. Killed my paid off car at 120k miles for $3k and left me to pick up the scraps. Lost me tens of thousands of dollars instead of just telling me he was in over his head. Absolute garbage
