I woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire. My wife called and was told if I could get it there, he could look at it. I was able to get the tire aired up, so I drove it to the garage where the owner rearranged things to fit me in. He was very professional, explained things, and was able to fix my tire at a very reasonable price. I will definitely reuse this garage.

We’ve had several good experiences at Prairie Street Auto. But on our last service, he helped us out of a warranty situation where another shop was refusing to help. Not only was the service timely, professional and complete, he was transparent about their pricing showing how the other shop was going to take advantage of us. Highly recommend.

Got my 07 Tacoma back on the road at a very reasonable price! Brad even refused to charge me for a service he performed that didn't end up fixing a minor issue like we had hoped it would.

You can depend on Brad to tell you what is going on with your vehicle and then do the repairs for a reasonable rate. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. We have had our vehicles serviced there many times and have no issues. We will continue to take our vehicles to Prairie Street.
