It was a very easy process handled by friendly and professional staff. I needed a BMW-certified collision center to make the repairs to my BMW. The South Blvd location was recently certified, and I had read other good reviews. Every person, from the front desk reception, to Anna to Jason, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was kept updated via email and text, all repairs were fully explained and all my questions answered. My 2015 BMW looks just as good or probably slightly better than before the repairs. The car had been washed prior to pickup. I am very satisfied with the work performed on my car and with the staff. I am a very observant person and take good care of my vehicles. I would recommend them.

It was convenient to drop off and pick up the car, and the communication was clear. John is very active and responds promptly. However, I felt they overpriced the quote and took longer than necessary. This could be due to the holiday season. Since I wasn’t paying for the repairs, I didn’t worry about insurance coverage, but I still believe the price was excessive.
