I cannot more highly recommend Jose as a sales advisor for BMW/MINI. You can tell he truly enjoys cars and knows them well. He worked to understand what I was looking for and offered plenty of test drives until I found my car (bonus stops at some great coffee spots if you need a boost!). The buying experience wasn’t quick, but that’s not atypical for a dealership. They didn’t press for additional car care packages and are respectful of your wishes whether it’s for or against the package(s). Credit to Russel and Forest too for helping me get a fair deal!
