Hendrick MINI Service Center

We've had our minis serviced here for many years now, and I've continued to have great experiences with Craig and Casey as service advisors and Eric with his management expertise to the lovely loaner experience (when needed). My only wish is that they had an area where it was a little easier to log in and work, although the addition of the tables has helped a little.

Craig Eaves in the service department is a great asset. Both he & the mechanic, John Leamy, kept me informed & got me out of there quickly, even though I had an additional repair that had to be completed. The drive to Charlotte is quite stressful for me, as someone that doesn’t drive much (especially on the freeway), but your service advisors put me at ease & put a smile on my face every time I visit your location for service. I appreciate their honesty, transparency & understanding, as well as the service video. I highly recommend your service department! 5 stars, for sure!

Zachery is always willing to explain what is going on with my vehicle. He exceeds my expectations every time I go in for service.
