I'm not normally the type to write reviews but after my experience with Hennessy Land Rover today I feel obligated to do what I can to warn others about this dealership. My wife and I had been searching for a specific vehicle and one offered by this dealership popped up in our search. We sent an inquiry through their website yesterday afternoon and the salesperson, Phillipp, promptly called my wife at exactly 9am this morning. After some brief back and forth, we settled on a final price for the vehicle and agreed to make the purchase. We live in Florida so our plan was to finalize the purchase today, fly to Atlanta this Saturday and drive the vehicle back. I did love Hennessy and bought 5 cars from their Honda location in Woodstock. However recently we’ve had such a bad experience with their service department that I just can never give them any business again. Long story short, they made our car more inoperatable than when it arrived. Literally told us us to get it an advanced auto. Super disappointed and can’t believe the reaction from the place; definitely never Hennessy again!
