I wish I could give a positive review, but my experience with this repair shop was a complete nightmare. First, the person working the front desk is an adolescent who should not be doing business with customers. He does not communicate clearly with the mechanics about the service that needs to be performed. For example, I requested a diagnostic when the alternator was replaced in my 1st vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the child working at the front desk never informed the mechanic and suggested I schedule another appointment for the diagnostics. I was also having overheating issues with my 2nd vehicle while they were replacing the alternator in the 1st vehicle. They checked out my 2nd car and suggested that I replace the radiator, which I allowed. After the radiator was repl
