Had been a loyal customer for 10 years but he just lost a customer. Recently went in for an inspection & not told they charge a $30 fee for a failed inspection due to mechanical issue. Mechanical issue, fine. He tried to overcharge me for a part he said was $400 but when I checked online (same website), it showed for $300. He claimed “oh I don’t know why it’s a different price for you” Blah blah. Paid the worker ($1,200) to fix the problem to pass inspection BUT THEN… apparently my tints were a problem, never said anything about it when it failed the 1st time and would need to charge me an additional $30 to remove the tint in order for it to pass inspection. Mind you, my car has had the legal limit to pass inspection for 5 years and never had an issue. Henry himself has even passed inspect

I took my 2007 Pontiac G5 for a new clutch installation. Ended up taking it back twice, due to it not running properly. The first time, he told me my radiator was bad. He had pictures on his phone he had sent to the owner, but yet didn't tell me until i came back when it wasn't running right AND still had the picture in his phone? Horrible service, don’t speak English, they put my lights in wrong messed my brakes up and had to go back several times to get the same issue fixed…. They are money hungry and fast talkers

He put all his snow the parks spot so the residents can't park there cars on the streets
