Henry's Tire Service & Auto Repair

I pulled my truck in told him what I needed. Asked about future projects that need to be done on my vehicle. They were more than informative. Got the job done in a timely manner and where is polite could be. I will definitely be returning to do more business with Henrys Tire their crew is solid And knowledgeable. Thanks a lot guys. I had 4 tires put on my Volkswagen Beetle at Henrys by mechanics Jason and Sam. The tires were very reasonable in price especially being new, alignment and balancing was going to be done, and disposal of the old tires.This was my first time at Henrys and I am so glad I went there. My family members have been there before and have said how amazing Henry’s is. I am so incredibly happy with how the tires came out.They were so kind and helpful on the phone and in person. The waiting area is beautiful as well. I love the text message overview of the tire appointment which explained an issue the mechanics found which I wasn’t aware of and thankful the mechanics found. I booked another appointment at Henry’s to fix the issue because of how professional and nice the mechanics are. Thank you so muc

My only problem is that it would have been great if the tech checked the air pressure on the other tires not being replaced. How long would that have taken. The only tire that had the proper air pressure was the new tire. I had to fill the other 3 to get it to the right air pressure when I got home because of a message on the dash panel. Otherwise, they are wonderful for my tire needs. I would have given them 5 star because the service is great.

Edited: *They called me back to check out my rim and even though owner didn’t like that I wrote this, he did end up taking care of me and I got a call back that they are going to fix my rim. This did take about 2 weeks to happen but people get busy. It sucks that things prior to this happened and I was only so annoyed because I take very good care of my vehicles, so it made me annoyed a really well respected tire shop would be the one to do this. Nonetheless they admitted that it was their fault and ultimately they agreed to fix it without much hassle. And even though they could’ve continued to give me attitude, they didn’t. Just know that this situation may not happen to you but if it does, I know from experience that they do try their best to accommodate their mistakes even if they don’t

Just bought a full set of new tires for our VW. Had a great experience with Henry’s tires. They also checked the brakes and performed an oil change. They communicated quickly on what needed to be done and gave me pricing options to perform the necessary repairs. I will definitely use them again!
