Henry's Towing Services

I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. If you need a car towed, do not go anywhere besides Henry’s. These guys are truly masters at their craft. I had a very, very unique and difficult job that other towing companies didn’t feel confident to complete. I had a lowered than stock AMG GT stuck in park inside a tight storage unit. There was no way to shift the car into neutral, so they had to get creative with it. And so they did, very thoughtfully and carefully. Despite it taking sometime to figure out and execute, all three guys, Henry, Nick and Wilbert were in such positive spirits the entire time. They truly made the whole experience stress free, and they were a joy to hang out with! Henry especially was extremely personable and was happy to give me rides to and from different spots.

Henry's was great! They arrived sooner than expected. The driver was very professional, warm, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable about the car and the destination. He had the car loaded up in a jiffy, and it arrived promptly.

Driver Diego was wonderful! I was stuck on I-90. He was prompt professional and extremely polite. Great experience! He went above and beyond to get me to safety. I am a single mother and appreciate his kindness.

My car was just recently towed from a parking lot in Framigham Massachusetts on Kendall st. The parking lot has no, no parking signs. Just spray paint that says “no park” scattered throughout the parking lot. That I understand could have been the reason my car got towed. But then I proceed to call the company that had towed my car that is Henry’s Towing Services. I ask them when my car had been towed and where I can pick it up. They tell me I can’t pick it up until tomorrow 7am. And that there is a fine if you don’t pick your car up within 12 hours. Meanwhile my car in the parking lot for 1 hour max and I parked my car at 7pm sharp. They proceed to tell me I have to pay a fine if my car is not picked up within 12 hours. They can’t tell me when my car was picked up exactly. Nor how much it
