Hit a deer and needed a new hood, driver’s side door and headlight on my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Heppner’s off Woodlane was accurate with their estimate on times and cost, and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Everyone I connected with there was kind and helpful. I had my car repaired at the Woodlane Dr location in Woodbury. They were amazing at communicating with insurance on payment and setting up my rental with Enterprise directly so that they came to pick me up at Heppner’s. One of the front desk ladies, Lynn is super sweet and personable. The whole staff is very nice. I can’t recommend them enough!! Definitely going back if ever there is a need.

These folks are awesome from start to finish. Dealing with post-accident repairs is annoying... but they made it as easy as possible because they dealt with everything from insurance to car rental. Thanks Joe and team!

Took my car in for an estimate. Ended up starting repairs without even calling me. Never had a shop not call me after estimate complete. Ended up breaking something during disassembly, charged me to repair it. Took 2-3 weeks to get car back. Messed up mounting door and had to bring back. Ended up messing up trim on rear door but claimed it was prior damage. No previous damage, but not worth dealing with not having primary car and dropping off/picking up. If you just want an estimate make sure and let them know immediately, they won't call you first. Response: If it was a total loss repairs would not have been approved at all. It was halted when I found out you were completing repairs when all I wanted was an estimate and my insurance company had to halt repairs. I'm just frustrated I did
