My reason for 3 stars. 2nd bad experience. In December 2021 I went in for rear brakes and rotors. It was recommended front brakes in next 6 months. September 2022 I went in for an oil change and filter asked if my front brakes and rotors needed changed then? I was told yes and agreed to have replaced. Supposedly it was done. Me not thoroughly going over my receipt trusting the correct parts were done. Moving forward.. 9 months to date that my front brakes and rotors were supposedly done. I go to a tire facility and have front tires put on and they recommended new brakes and rotors! I said impossible had some in last year they said well go back to where you had done should be under warranty. Furious of course I call dealer and get and representative explained my issue and worst customer se
