Nicole and the service team were very helpful and on point. I received the free oil change, cabin filter change and maintenance inspection, gratis, as promised in my service contract. Nicole informed me up front. I didn’t have to ask. The team noticed the wipers needed changing which is definitely a safety issue. I appreciate that they noticed. You can’t put a price on that!

Everything was great unfortunately I needed a lot of work done. Nicole was AWESOME 👏 she was so attentive and helpful. I know I paid out the bum but All Dealerships are beyond a rip off and sometimes thats the only way. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers Volvo great work done, the only negative would be the prices. I believe Bob did our repairs.

Took my sons new Volvo in for oil change and full check up (brakes, tires, full check up) and initial only communication was thru a video link and email. Had extreme difficulty connecting with live service attendant. When I did speak live with my service rep the experience was far better.

I took my car to this Volvo service center after having a poor experience at the Boston location. Service was provided in a reasonable amount of time and the services they recommended were well explained and offered at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back to this location over the Boston one the next time I have an issue.

We had an issue connecting our digital keys to our Volvo EX90, and since the model was new the dealership didn't have any experience with this issue. Paul was tireless in his efforts to correct the problem, working with Volvo Corporate technicians as well. The issue was resolved within a reasonable amount of time. We very much appreciated Paul's focus, efforts and professionalism.
