This is my third time buying a car from heritage, and their loyalty is well earned. Justin, Carlos, and Tony really went to bat for me to put me in this 4x4 jeep. There’s a certain peace of mind that comes with having 4 wheel drive. Justin took me to another sister location to pick up the jeep that i wanted and it was a big wrench in the timeline for his work day, but I’m extremely grateful. I was up front with Carlos about what i could afford, what i could put down, and where i need to be with the numbers, and he was on top of it the whole way, and it probably took up most of his time for the couple of hours it took. Run, do not walk, to another dealership. I wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously. I purchased a used Jeep. From the beginning, the process was a mess. The salesperson couldn't drive a stick, so he couldn't bring the car around for a test drive. I sat for 3 hours while 3 different people helped the salesperson process my paperwork. I was told there was still a warranty on the car, but then when we went to sign the paperwork, that warranty disappeared. Within 4 days of leaving the lot, the check engine light came on. Catalytic converter was bad. It took weeks to get it taken care of. Once it was fixed, a day later the check engine light came back on. All in all, I made 4 visits to the dealership over 30 days. I asked them to transfer my tags from the car I traded in.

This place is a complete joke. I’ve had multiple issues here, starting with a scheduled oil change where they never even changed my oil. I’ve also sat in their waiting room for over SIX HOURS for routine service. Six hours. For basic maintenance. But the most recent visit was the final straw.
