Oil change was good. I also had them program a new remote. Problem is they didn’t tell me when they ordered the remote that it wouldn’t come with a physical key also. When asked about it they said it would be an additional $40. Don’t know what everyone thinks but that’s crazy.

I asked them to keep my truck and when everything is done to call me and I’ll come get it. Also Mr Beaver was on top of it. He’s about the best service person I’ve ever met. As a dealer you should tell him that. When you give credit to someone it makes them to keep doing what they do best.

The Service Department was able to provide me with an appointment date and time that was acceptable to me. When I arrived, I was greeted by the Service Manager and staff in a friendly and professional manner. The required maintenance was completed in a timely manner and I was notified accordingly.

Had a great experience at Herlong. What I thought was an alternator problem turned out to be only a leaking battery. All the staff was courteous and helpful in getting me squared away.
