Herrick took great care of me and my 24 Chevy Silverado. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service; the receptionist was super nice and Chuck Gamalski made me feel super welcome and confident that the job was going to be done honest and to the best of their ability. He was very proud and enthusiastic about the work they do here. The receptionist also made sure to send me frequent updates on when they were working on my truck and when parts were being delivered.
