Imma be honest. We was broken down at the old mostollers gas station. I called & asked for a quote. They gave me one. I let them come. They was here within like 5 mins of the phone call. The guy that came was kind. Hooked my car up & let my husband ride with him. But as we waiting those 5 mins I checked reviews & truly my heart dropped & I wanted to call back & cancel. But I didn’t. Everyone’s experience is different & I had an excellent one. So 10/10 service & I will recommend you guys to anyone. The kindness & compassion. Who ever the driver was last night deserves a raise for how well he handled everything & the kindness. The kindness is what matters the most to me. The way we was treated so thank you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. What should have been a simple one-tire replacement turned into a 4-hour ordeal. Replacing one tire does NOT take four hours — and to make matters worse, the actual work was completed in about 2 hours and 30 minutes, yet we were charged for the full four hours of labor On top of the unreasonable delay and overcharging, the staff made fun of us instead of treating us with basic respect and professionalism. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and courtesy — none of which we received. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor time management, questionable billing practices, and disrespectful service. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

Big thanks to James! We lost our serpentine belt on the turnpike and he towed us and our trailer to Advanced Auto to get a new belt. He also called the store for us to make sure we could get the new part as ot was 10 min to their closing time and we wouldnt get there in time. Excellent service and drivers who go the extra mile. Thank you!

One of my driver replace tire from this facility . They all are making fun of my driver. They comment on my driver skin tone . They charges us $560 just for labour . My driver entered in shop at 11:30 pm and work done at 1.30Am . Just 2hours and 30 min work and they charges us 4 hours labour . Not good place to work

So they pulled in and told us it was going to be 126 to tow per an hour.... Then they were like well because this was a 911 call. It's going to be 256. And since it's an hour and a half, it's 405. They totally robbed a 17-year-old kid. If you get in an accident, do not call them!!! By the way, they showed up at 1:05. They were at my house at 1:45 but it's been an hour and a half 🤦🏽‍♀️(WE WERE AT OUR HOUSE BY 1:30) it was a 20-minute drive. Somerset to davidsville which is still in Somerset. GO ELSEWHERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
