1 employee 6 customers. I came to pick up a car and been waiting to be helped for over 20 minutes. They need more staff. The lady who assisted me very nice and professional.

People at the counter are trying their best to keep pace with the volume of customers, but seemed understaffed. When I picked up and dropped off there was a long line. If the situation continues, be prepared to spend over an hour to get your vehicle and similar to return.

Rented this sweet Kia for my Ubering full ev. Runs like a champ with all the safety bells and whistles I feel like it would stop on a dime on a flagrant driver and wave hi to him if it could. The hertz rep who helped me treated me great and answered all my silly questions on my first rental and without any awkwardness great place to visit for my next rental.

Called location repeatedly. No one ever answered the phone it just rang and rang and rang. Tried to extend reservation, same thing happened.

Front office staff is friendly & professional. We canceled our original trip due to the car needing maintenance & returned the car earlier than planned. I would be weary of renting from this location again if maintenance staff is not keeping up with the cars’ safety needs. Washer fluid should not be low, it’s a visibility safety issue. The engine’s life is dependent on oil changes & it’s a risk for the client to be driving a car without proper maintenance. We hope this location improves the quality of cars they rent out to clients. Only because the front office staff is polite we would consider trying this location again, but we might continue to go out of our way & rent from the airport location in the future as they’ve not given us cars that need maintenance.
